Surr is an application for live audio communication between reporters, guests and newsroom staff. The service is provided by Talkoi.
Surr processes information required to authenticate users and provide the service. Depending on the account and configuration, this may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, account identifiers and organization information (name).
Surr uses the device microphone to transmit live audio during an active connection. Audio is transmitted to provide the live communication service. Do not assume that audio is never recorded; recording practices depend on the features and configuration in use.
Information is used to authenticate users, establish audio connections, operate the service, maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues.
Information may be processed by the service infrastructure and relevant service providers to operate Surr. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
